Placed an order and got it all set up. It’s been almost 6 months and multiple emails have been sent with no reply at all and unable to contact on any other platform or number. Got an email the other day saying it’s been shipped and one today saying it was delivered. Checked with fedex since never received it and they said that tracking number didn’t belong to me, my address and did not come from freetom pros so they just sent a random tracking number to a package that has nothing to do with them. Spent right about $300 and get scammed.

I ordered a prosthetic on July 31st, got an order number, site says if I don't receive shipping information in 72 hours to contact them, well their email given does not exist, the phone number is unlisted and can't message them through Facebook or Instagram, it's been 9 days and I've gotten no shipping information. I spent 291.60 and would like a refund. I should have looked into them before my purchase because it seems as though they've scammed hundreds of people to use the money for their own personal use. Please help in any way possible.
