I deposited my crypto into freewallet in october of 2017. Everything was fine till they started taking inactivity fees out in 2020. I desided to withdraw my crypto because of this. They would not let me. They suspended my account. Then they started the delay tatics. They wont release my money. This has affected .ore than me.

Have been trying for days to withdraw my money. I have given them every possible thing that exists that verifies that I am the owner of the account yet they still refuse to let me withdraw. This seems to be a shady company. Just do a google search and you will see the endless number of warnings. They are stealing $700 from me, knowing this is all the money I have for this month and they don't care at all.

Don’t trust Freewallet. They block accounts and refuse withdrawals, using KYC as an excuse to steal funds. It’s a scam. Stay away and report your experience to [email protected].

According to the information we found, Freewallet is a multi-currency wallet that makes it easy for users to store and manage their cryptocurrency. However, we are convinced that this is a lie and behind this project are scammers! Yes Freewallet is a ripoff.
One day my wallet went to $0.
They told me not to worry your money is safe.
In a safe in another country maybe.
I have tried for years to get my money back.
Sending txhash, pictures, Id's, screenshots etc...
Every time it sounds like I will get it straightened out,
it starts all over again with them asking for the same info I already sent them.

Exchanged $150 worth of ethereum for bnb on Changelly and sent it to my Freewallet and nothing! They are thieves and they’re doing nothing! I want my money!

Invested $2900 in DOGECOIN and after a month of emails trying to release my money all I get is "We will respond to your ticket within a reasonable amount of time". What a scam. DON'T use them!!!

The app I used to buy cryptocurrency shows I have an empty wallet and is now asking for a pin which I never set up. Have spent the last 8 days unsuccessfully emailing customer support while they give me the runaround. Happy to provide all emails.
