Scammer contacts online company to purchase product. Asks you to get a freight quote through a third party shipping company, in this case - freight Masters Logistics - website: fmasterslogistics.com. (Domain name registered to Ghana - May 2017, despite website claiming website content Copyright 2003). They provide a shipping quote. Never went any further - it was clear that the scammers really did not really appreciate what they were shipping and where and whether it made any sense. They randomly generated some numbers for air shipping, duty, taxes etc.. But scammer was using all the classic lines: "we are good with price, please get quote from this shipping company....please put shipping quote and product quote on the same invoice and I will arrange payment...". When called on the phone, it was clear from poor quality of lines that they were not sitting where they said they were - in Spring Hill Kansas. When confronted - their partner admitted he was sitting in Africa. When reviewing attached document..it is clear next step is to give you a credit card number (perhaps stolen), charges go through, then they ask you to pay the shipping company the shipping charges on your credit card and they will pick up product within 24 hours of getting your credit card number.
