Reached out via the "contact us" form on their website saying I was interested in "Lacy" the french bulldog puppy for $980. Email correspondence had poor grammar and hard to understand. Website was created 02/01/2019. The credit card processor was not working, so they encouraged me to pay via Western Union wire transfer or Zelle transfer. I also filed a complaint with FTC in hopes we can get the website shut down and people don't fall victim to this. (Attached email correspondence)

i can across a site offering french bulldog puppies at a lower price. i contacted them to show interest and got a email and several text messages.

many misspellings ( but im not a great spellers) seemed a little pushy. i tried to search everything from the phone number, email and the web adress and negative results myself. a co- work started to help me. the number is linked to a Nigerian scam artist. for me things do not seem to be adding up. be warned!

Long story short, I western union-ed an individual money for a French bulldog puppy. I know, I know-- everyone says not to use WU. But I took all necessary precautions-- I didn't give him my *** number to pick up the number until I got shipping information and tracking number. He even took pictures of the dog getting checked at the vet to fly. He then proceeded to require a $1590 pet insurance fee. He told me nothing about this and I refused to pay it. He now is refusing to refund my $866 dollars that I paid for the dog. He is telling me if I file a police report that he will tell them I abandoned the dog. This man should not be aloud to have animals in his possession bc if this dog exists-- I am assuming he left the poor thing at the airport all night, hoping he could eventually manipulate me for the additional money. He also tried to
