Then finally a call spoke to Craig advised he needed to register puppy then would send me updates. Never happened next call was advising I needed to pay $1475 that would be refunded in the amount of $1106. Which was more money being paid. All this for a rental of crate, vaccine, and insurance. I contact seller was advised I not paying that. Stated he’d would pay half since he was helping me since he was unaware of this as well, so I paid 700 and he paid the other half. So I believed in his word and effort to make it right.Again even with my attempt to contact him and pet agency I heard nothing for another day. Finally seller contacted me and stated another issue now I needed to pay a refundable permit fee for puppy of $1000, at this point I said absolutely not another cent. He stated I was being difficult and not listening to him I said no this makes no sense why wasn’t this disclosed during other shipping issue? He offered again to pay half and that money was going to be refunded. I said no cancel sale of puppy and refund me all my money. He stated I don’t have your money $700 the airline did and would be refunded once puppy was delivered. As for him he was also out due to paying half. I told him as the seller he should pay the money since it was refundable, he said not to him to me. I told him I’d send his money to him once I had puppy and refund. He said no he didn’t have funds to pay. I insisted to cancel and refund me. He continued to repeat same thing I finally disconnected and told him to refund my money as I never had a contract or puppy. As of today a week & half later no puppy nor refund! I advised I was going to report him to BBB any goggle search page and to police As this was nothing but a SCAM! PLEASE BEWARE********

Stated it was refundable for an amount of $1106. I couldn’t believe this information so I contacted seller and advised he acted as though he was meeting me half way and would pay half the cost. So I believed him and sent another payment by Zelle of $700. After all was said and done I reached out to seller Matt & Craig with pet service and no one would respond. Finally I received a call from seller explaining that now I had to pay $1000 for a permit pet fee. I then told him absolutely not. I would not pay any additional fees. I told him to cancel the purchase of puppy and refund my money. Well he acted as though he was out of money as well due to paying half of the shipping cost. Which I’m sure was all a lie. Needless to say after several text and phone calls I never received a refund! I found later that the web address was listed on a scam website that reported the same dog ?. BEWARE this website ! It’s a scam and they don’t care about anything than getting your money!

I needed to pay $1475 for a specific crate, a vaccine, and insurance which was refundable for $1106. Both seller and agency stated this was new and they weren’t aware of these new guidelines. I advised I was not paying this as it seemed weird. The seller agreed to pay half as he was helping me out. So I sent another payment through Zelle to another email [email protected]. So I was being told the refund was going to be given at delivery of puppy and that his part would also. Here I thought everything was on target. I texted Craig Dave with shipping agency and seller to get update. Nothing tell next day, then I was advised of now another occurrence. Puppy needs permit for $1000.At this point I was totally frustrated and in disbelief. I said absolutely was not paying a cent more, seller again stated he’d pay half. I was no longer comfortable so I said NO and cancel my purchase and send my refund. Well no refund only statement that he was out of money as well. I told him he scammed me and I was going to report him as this is wrong and no one should have to go through this. I went out purchased puppy supplies for over $400 to be prepared my children were devastated as well as myself.
