Ordered 6 items only recieved 2 ordered beginning of May and not got anything asked for a refund multiple times and they just keep telling me to wait. I am owed £95.15 they are an awful company.

Frenchie World is a complete scam. “Annie”, the customer service rep is terrible. They are taking people’s money because they have online presence via social media. Someone needs to shut them down immediately. If you report their social media pages enough to alert IG or FB, they’ll lose the pages which they use to lure in customers. I ordered over a month ago and am met with the same email, “it’s on the way and will be received shortly after this email”. Over $100 order and am having a hard time getting my money back or even getting a response from them. They are based in Serbia not in the US. DO NOT ORDER.

We bought the "solid gel cooling pad" and there is no gel at all, just foam. Took a month and we paid $60. Total crap product and when we complained they said it is "buyers remorse" and would not refund anything... I strongly suggest to not shop on Frenchie World as it is a hustle and false advertisement.

Ordered 3 items from them over 30 days ago. One item has arrived and is inferior quality. The other two items each have their own tracking number and still haven’t arrived. I am very thankful I paid with PayPal and not a credit card since this is not a legitimate company, just a slick Instagramer out of Kentucky. Would NEVER buy from them again.

Frenchie World is a scam! I ordered items back in April and still have not received my items. I have been emailing them and getting the same message that my items are "in transit". I'm so disappointed that I didn't see this coming. They stole my money and stop responding. Makes me sad that people do these types of things.

On May 15, 2020 I went online to find a harness for my French Bulldog, the site looked legit so I ordered. I was charged and I tried to go to me emails but I did not find confirmation. Went to web page and tried logging in, it could not find any of my emails to allow me to log in.

it shows a phone number 650-518-7173 on web page and bank for merchant, no address or answer. It also says email to [email protected]., nothing.

Went to find reviews and they have reviews of all being scammed by the Frenchie.world shop, they show a Facebook page and Instagram, on Instagram I found a contact phone number +381 64 4799547 and a email [email protected] which is overseas.

My bank is looking at charge since I reported it.

I was looking to buy merchandise, french bulldog related. So I find this company, and purchase a phone case. They took my money from my bank by next day of my ordering. I got a reply email "Thank you for your order, it may take up to 10 business days to process. etc". 10 days later, still no phone case, so I shoot them an email inquiring about it. PROMPT response back, sorry, there was an error in processing, we are fixing the problem, and will send your order out right away. A week after that, still no case, by this time I am mad, and I send another email to them complaining, and informing them I will never order from them again. Prompt reply back, your order is on the way. A month later, I cancel the order, demanding my money back, as I have never received the item. Prompt response back, our apologies, etc, etc, give us 10-15 days, we will put the money back in your bank account. Another month later, no money. I finally filed a complaint with my bank, they reimbursed my money and pursued Pay Pal. Pay Pal actually took money out of my account and gave it back to Frenchie World after my bank took the money back from them!! By the way, the phone number they show on their site is invalid.

I ordered a dog house from them April 23rd. I’ve been emailing them weekly for the status and each time the response it your order is processed you will receive a tracking number don’t worry. I call the number on the website no one answers. I call them out about it and they say they only communicate through emails. They keep staying there is an error in their system and that’s what’s causing the delay but can’t provide any updates and keep sending the same response email: I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and emailed the company that I would be reporting them
