I saw their Frenchbulldog website had really cheap puppies and they just wanted a loving home for them, went back and fourth on a few emails and I saw many pictures of happy families with the same dogs and same background, I thought that was odd. Then this person by the name of "Samuel Weiss" kept harassing me to send the money via western union (red flag) because he needed to buy the flight for the dog and toys. He stopped contacting me when I said I had a friend in his city who wanted to look at the dog for me before I sent the money. No response. Plus all the dog pictures he sent contained Caucasian people but he had a very heavy African accent it was hard to understand him at times. He also got all nervous when I asked if he had a Florida Business License and why he didn't have a payment processor on his website. Attached is the invoice he sent.
