I contacted them reference interest in a specific puppy shown on their website. I was emailed back within minutes saying the puppy was available and they had 2 free shipping coupons if I decided quickly to buy the puppy. I questioned the price as it was less than a fourth of the cost of puppies in my area. I was told they are a hobby breeder not for profit. I was then called by the seller (Henry) and told where to send the money. It was a phone number.I paid for the puppy through Zelle and was told she would be shipped and delivered the next day. Received email from the seller the next morning saying the puppy was at the shipper. Then received an email from the shipper BlueMoon pet delivery saying I had to purchase an insurance policy for the puppy but the cost would be refunded upon safe arrival of the puppy. I wanted the puppy spoke to the seller so I paid 981$ Again through zelle to a phone number for the policy but I was then told via email and phone that they would not be able to ship her that day and it would be the next day. The first thing the next day I received an email saying my puppy had been shipped and I had a tracking numberbut it was not a direct flight so they would let me know when she arrived at the next destination and not to contact anyone but them with any questions. About 4 hours later I got another email from the shipper saying that things out of their control my puppy was grounded as she was not in a temperature controlled crate and I could rent one from the for 911$. I told them I had no more money and was told that I had to pay or my puppy would be sent to a shelter. My response was I wanted proof there was a puppy. The shipper then turned it on me by saying I should have confidence in the seller. They did say there was a puppy so I said I can’t send any more money but suggested that they pay for the crate and they could keep my refund for the insurance policy I never heard another word from them. I in turn emailed the seller who also never responded. So I was out 1630$ no puppy and no explanation. There is more but this is the basics
