We originally contacted FrenciFarm.com to inquire about a pup they have listed on their site “Leoni”. She is supposedly a brindle, 9 week old French bulldog puppy. There are multiple pics on the site as well as other pups available. I sent an message through their “contact us” button and Payne Collins responded. We spoke through texts and email for three days before sending money for this baby through MoneyGram at a local CVS. We chose this website because they offered a discount of 40% for Veterans! Which we thought was too good to be true-and sadly it was.
He collected the money, sent us a message regarding the dogs travel plans and we were excited to meet our new pup. On multiple occasions we asked for the company they planned to use for shipping as we are in CA. No info was given. This morning on the day he was supposed to ship the puppy-he texted me that he was on his way to drop her off and I was to be expecting an email regarding details. I received the message from their shipper: Lion-Heart Pet Delivery Service. I immediately looked up this company and they have a very elaborate scam site. They emailed that my pup had been “grounded” due to lack of insurance-$750.76!!? I contacted the breeder immediately and he told me to trust the service. Um-NO.
Payne/Alex Collins of Austin, TX is a SCAMMER for sure and an Indian guy answers the phone when you call the “delivery” service on a google voice connection. When you mention they are listed on scam sites they tell you to watch what you say as that is slanderous to the name of their company. They also tell you that if you don’t send the additional money th do it will be sent to the animal shelter and try to guilt you for ditching the dog over mere money. Don’t buy from these people. They have you sign a fake contract, steal your $ and run.
