I purchased a self-cleaning litter box the Loo2 for $59.99 on 11.25.2023 using my Discover CC; the charges were taken and I received emails stating that the item had finally made it to the states in January of 2024. In February 2024 I emailed [email protected] regarding when I could expect the shipment; they responded that they are looking into it. We emailed back and forth until May 28th with the response being that it is being prepared to ship "again". On 7.7.24 I tried to email since it had been over a month and received an error that the email could not go through. I looked through my cc statement and the charge was taken by a company called "PlantsBackYardSow" phone #866-920-8627 with NY beside it.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a self-cleaning litterbox, and it was a blowout sale, so I ordered one for $59.99. The email confirmation came 12/11/23. It is 1/14/24 and no litterbox, and the link that used to show that the order was pending shipment is no longer valid. "This site can't be reached." Now I need to figure out what card I put it on to fight it.

My wife and I should have known, it was too good to be true. When paying, debit card was charged 3 times in different hardware stores. Thankfully Bank declined the transactions and we had to get the debit card replaced.

This site collects personal information then all credit card information as if billing for a product, the states "your credit card declined the charges. Use another credit card". After I put in 3 different card numbers and received the same message, I called my credit cards to confirm. All three did not receive an attempt to place a charge. All three had not declined any charges or approve within 24 hours.
I wrote an email to the company's support team and have not heard back within 5 business days.
I believe this company is collecting all credit card billing information to sell to others to use FRAUDULENTLY in the future.
Time to cancel and have my cards reissued with new numbers 🙄

I’d been looking at self cleaning litter boxes (like LitterRobot) and this ad popped up with something similar. Black Friday sale for $59. I bought two. Have attempted to contact them twice regarding possible shipping dates, no reply. I have my receipt and a screenshot from the site showing it’s not yet been shipped as of 12/4/23.
