a post was made in a local buy and sell group on Facebook by julie L*** in Manitowoc area buy & sell in regards to vent cleaning. I contacted the person that made the post (630-813-9420), they stated they were local and insured. 2 men came to our home with an unmarked van, wore respirators the entire time and went through our home blowing air into the vents. When writing out the check, the man offered to write in the company name and took the check before I could look at it and would not give me a receipt. They had also stated after the “service” was rendered and that they were from Illinois. (The phone exchange of 630 is Naperville). Afterwards I tried contacting the person that originally made the Facebook post in regards to the service and I could not make contact. Also, I tried calling the number. The person stated that I was mistaken and did not receive that service.
