"I am currently disputing this company and an order with my bank. The seller GLADLY took my money on 2/24/2020, noted that they issued a shipping label n 2/25/2020 - but NEVER shipped the products. 2.5 weeks later I FINALLY got someone to actually answer the phone at this fraudulent company and the guy said he would send me a FedEx tracking number (but never did) and that I should have my order 'soon'. Well, since I told him multiple times to just cancel the order and that I was disputing charges with my bank he decided to send something. almost a week later I received a mysterious box in the mail with no shipper information. It was only half of the items that I originally purchased from this crooked business. I have let him know via email on 3 different occasions that my bank is investigating. He sent me a new email and says he shipped the whole thing, according to the weight of what was expected to ship. His Facebook and Twitter company links go NOWHERE. He rarely ever actually answers the phone. He is running a bait and switch business. He refuses to accept my partial shipment back and wants to charge me an additional $25 to return the partial shipment. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SELLER!!!!!!"

All experiencing the same bait/switch. They customer places an order. FHN takes the money and 'issues a Fed Ex shipping label' then never sends the product. Only when you badger and contest, calling many times, emailing, do they possibly send a partial order. Then when you dispute it with your bank, the seller at Fresh Health Nutrition lies and says they sent the products based on weight. If you want to return the partial items that were actually sent they want to charge you an additional $25 to get an RMA to return the merchandise. Absolute SHAM!
