I purchased a trial of fresh luxe serum for $5.98 and fresh luxe cream for $6.98 on 11/27/23. They later charged my account on 12/6/23 for $94.78 and $110.94. I called the numbers on the charges. (866-788-9955 Little for $94.78 got customer service and was told that I had signed up for a 14 day trial and did not cancel the subscription. I had was charged the full price and would receive another bottle 30 days from the purchase date.) I told them I did not agree to that, to cancel and I wanted a refund. They said they could not give a refund because I did not cancel in 14 days. I told them that I would go to the bank and dispute the charge. They said don't do that, we will give you a 25% refund. I said NO....I did not agree to this, I want a full refund. They said don't go to the bank and we are authorized to give you a 50% refund, but if you go to the bank, you will get nothing as you agreed. I said send me proof that I agreed. They said you got it in your email already. The only thing I have is an email with my order and shipping notice, nothing about a 14 day agreement. This is a SCAM otherwise they would not offer some refund to not go to the bank.
