Ronnie Shade has signs posted about flooring. I called, met with him and got an estimate. Paid the deposit in December and based on his contract he’s supposed to setup an install date within 7-14 days of receipt of deposit. He never did that. By January I called and gave him dates, he didn’t do the service. Based on the breach of contract on his end, lack of communication and lies about supposed issues I requested a full refund. He gave more excuses and lies as to why I didn’t get my money and keeps claiming that he’s processing the refund. He stole my money and didn’t provide any service and kept my money.
