Type of a scam Online Purchase
Firstly, the company advertises that it’s based out of Canada, Now on their website it stated they are located in England. which it’s not. It’s a Chinese company with all products shipped from China, that should be disclosed to customers. This information is only disclosed after the purchase is made. The items they advertised with pictures and descriptions did not match what was sent to me. I was under the impression based the description and pictures provided that I was purchasing the 6.5 ft Tree Bundle - The Kringle Candy Co Theme, with the description of items below (with the understanding that there would be enough ornaments to cover a 6.5ft tree).

There was no candy cane ribbon but a red and white plaid ribbon - I didn’t order that. There were not lollipop ornaments that could be hung on a tree, there were instead pieces of artificial candy for a piñata that were clearly not created to hang on a Christmas tree, (not to mention, they were various colors, not red and white and definitely not in Kringle Candy theme). There were no peppermint garlands or peppermint sprays. There was a red and silver tawdry garland that I won’t put even in my basement. There were no Santa Sweet Shoppe ornaments , no red/white and green cake pop ornaments t as pictured but a single pink cake pop with white, purple a d blue ribbons (what am I going to do with that). There were definitely not enough ornaments to cover a 6.5ft tree and the material sent were pieces of crap that couldn’t be used. In summary this company sent me pieces of junk that I cannot and will not use, a classic case of false advertising and fraudulent behavior.
Lastly, the purchase was made 12/6/20 and arrived on 12/30/20, 5 days after Christmas. In my emails to the company, the first one sent 24 hours after the purchase was made, I informed the company I wanted a cancellation if they could not guarantee arrival of my purchased by 12/18/20. Needless to say the company never obliged any of my requests, then sent me damaged products and products that clearly did not reflect or fit the description of the items that I ordered and paid for. was
