Good morning my name is Wayne Eleneke, I need your help with Exceptionalt I have sent 15 messages to this company regarding a wrong order delivered to me. I order a 2 “walking stick” and received 2 clubs. I offered to exchange the “clubs” for 1 stick, but they continue to say they sent me the right order. I sent pictures of what I received and the receipt of what I ordered but they continue say they sent me the right inspite my proof that they did not. Please advise.
