I purchased a bra and they refused to accept the coupon code that THEY sent me via text. So, I asked to cancel the order. They refused to cancel my order as well. When I finally got the product, it was garbage. I asked to return the product for a refund as it is 100% false advertisement and they told me no and will not respond to my emails any longer. I have filed a report with my bank as well as multiple scam reporting websites. According to their Facebook page, they have scammed a TON of people. https://www.facebook.com/pg/freyasbeautylab/reviews/?ref=page_internal I wish I had seen that info before buying. Their website has reviews but they are all fake. Do not purchase anything from "Freyas Beauty Lab", "Freyas Beauty Botique" or "Globol Trendz". They steal your money and refuse to work with you.
