I purchased a 2xl golf polo in April 2023, they took my money that day. I was provided a tracking number from a shipper in China. So I waited. And waited. The tracking number never updated, I contacted customer service, they're response was a typical scripted reply. Still waiting, its now September, golf is winding down. Still waiting. Customer Service answered back again with (it's on it's way). Never recieved my shirt or a refund.

I ordered shirts for Christmas for my sons. They came and were great. I tried to contact them to do a refund and I never heard back from them. So I did order new shirts for my sons hoping to hear from them. I now have shirts from the first time that did not fit and new shirts that I ordered on January 1 and I still have not received the shirts and it’s February 27. I would like someone to contact me so I can get these shirts.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Placed order on Nov 2, 2023 and 54 days later and countless emails, STILL NO PRODUCT DELIVERED! Tried to cancel and get a refunds, first was told OK you can do that, then next email was NO you cannot since the order was shipped (which it really wasn't). Funny how their site only has 4-5 star reviews. There are also a bunch of other companies selling the same products online, wonder if they are as incompetent!

Ordered a shirt in early November. Website said 5 to 7 days shipping. Have had 2 emails assuring me they were working in it. It's now December 17. No news, no order.
No photo to share because I NEVER GOT MY ORDER

I ordered two polos (one of then for halloween) at the beginning of September. I thought I had plenty of time to receive them but it is November 12th and still no polos…
As we approached halloween I started to reach out for status to customer service, but I had zero replies. Eventually I threatened with a suit for fraud and since I received no quick response, I asked my credit card company to hold payment and started that entire process. Luckily AMEX is fairly quick at these things.
A couple of days after, I received a message from the alleged FF operations Manager (Mark) giving me a story about how he had quit his job to start this company and so on. He appeared to be sincerely apologetic and going through an internal mess in his company as he gets going, at the expense of us (the customers). As a business owner myself, I decided to trust him and he told me that he would ship my items with a urgent tag and also said he would refund me if I had not held the had funds from the CC company.
I was compassionate about this and told him it would not be necessary to refund, to just get me the polos and I would remove the hold for funds, which I did (stupidly enough). It has been 12 days since that email exchange, I released funds and still never received the items. No way to post anything on their site as they only have 100% satisfaction reviewed allowed there. But beware as this is a scam site.

Placed an order for 6 golf shirts June 2023 and now its October 2023 (5 months!) and still have not received my shirts (but have my $$!). Same promises from their client service team and now they haven't responded to my emails in 2 months. Total scam organization!

Wish I had checked here first. Like everyone else I ordered the polo and got a shipping confirmation and that’s where it stopped. After several emails nothing has happened. Tried to leave a bad review on FB. They deleted it and blocked me. Already contacted my CC company to try and get my money back.

Update:
Guess what arrived in the mail yesterday? The polo! Took 5 weeks and numerous emails but it did arrive. It is a nice shirt and fits well. That being said I don't think I will be ordering any other items from them. Just not worth the effort.

On fb comments, I asked if this site was a scam. Thru messenger, they sent me a message asking why I wrote that. I replied saying Trustpilot gave them a low score. I also asked why their prices did not match their advertised offer of 50%off. No reply from them. When I went back to their site, my Scam? comment had been removed!

I ordered two shirts online and weeks later the only status I get is that a shipping label has been created and USPS is waiting on the shirts. If I don't receive the shirts soon, I am going to cancel the order with my credit card company and report Friday Fairways to the better business bureau. I'm feeling like they are scammers at Friday Fairways. I'll retract this if I get my shirts soon.

Same experience - ship notification two weeks ago but following the tracking number only indicated "label prepared" but USPS has yet to receive the package. I have e-mailed Support@ and posted through their "Contact Us" page on their website (the phone number listed gives a "the number has been changed or disconnected" message).

I ordered a shirt from Friday Fairways. After 2 days, I sent an email on the shipping status of my shirt. Get this bogus line about a start up and be patient. Then get a shipping label. Easy to generate but there is no shipment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE [censored]...

I purchased a shirt on September 6 almost a whole month has gone by they send you messages saying your product is on its way yet the mail never receives the item I would never ever recommend this site ever I don’t know how they are allowed to stay in business after so many complains I’ve seen now

I ordered polos from Friday fairways in July and had a rather long wait for them. Let me tell you how much it was worth the wait. Amanda in customer service and the owner Kyle were so quick to help me when my order was delayed. Apparently they placed a new ad which got them so far behind and orders got backed up quickly. Not only have they caught up but they are shipping more quickly as well.
Now the polos: OMG, they are so soft and comfortable, high quality, beautiful prints, crisp patterns and so much fun. Do not hesitate to order from Friday Fairways. You will not be disappointed. My biggest issue is what prints to order next!

I would not recommend this company at all. First off they send you generic emails when you reach out and it took 13 weeks for me to receive the polos. When I finally got them (today) the sizing is waaaay off. Both of my shirts were labeled as large but they are for sure medium. Do not buy.

Bougth a Shirt in June 2023, two month later I havent receieved the polo. Serveral emails with same message and different names. They wont reimburse the money. Automatic message saying:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we understand that you need your order ASAP. We want to assure you that we are actively working on getting your package delivered as soon as possible.

While I do not have an eta on your order, I have just sent a message to our shipping partner asking about your order and its tracking so I will reach out as soon as I get any news. As a small business with hopes to grow, we absolutely accept responsibility for the lack of communication and are working towards making adjustments within our business to address all concerns and issues in both customer support and the shipping process and delivery.

That said, here is a bit of transparency. We are currently shipping orders from our Manufacturing & Printing facility overseas. The current prices to import our bulk orders of polos have raised over 10-fold. This also cuts out the wait time, as times to receive large shipments have increased by weeks! (Not to include our unscheduled delay due to miscommunication of course.)

With all the crazy supply chain issues going on in the world, we have found this is our best option. To get you your order as fast as possible, and keep pricing affordable and competitive.

We are based out of South Florida & Texas. Your business is greatly appreciated. We do post our delay in our Shipping FAQ and beside each item in the description for Shipping as well on our website so that our customers know of our delay.

We know you will love your polos as the quality is outstanding! We are working daily to improve all aspects of our new startup. Thank you for your support and your continued patience and understanding.

I placed my order on July 30, it is now August 20 and I have not received my shirts. I have sent multiple emails to the support address listed on the website but have yet to receive any response. The purchase shows up on my monthly credit card statement as having been processed so Friday Fairways has my money. I have also left two voicemails but still no response. I have seen posts here that the company is shorthanded but that does not explain the lack of response to my inquiries. At this point in time I don't know if I will ever receive the shirts but I doubt I will be making any future purchases from Friday Fairways.

I ordered 2 shorts from them...shopify said a ticket had been made for pick up. I ordered on May 21st...on June 23rd I sent an email stating I haven't gotten any updates on the shipping of my order (which states on their page its 5-10 business days). They email me back stating that their warehouse is backed up with soo many orders they can't keep up and are hiring more people to help process their orders and that my order should be shipped out soon with in a week. Here it is August 17th and I emailed them the middle of July to say that I am moving and would need them to mail my order to my new address. They said they would put a message to my order stating so. They didn't even address how long it had already been since I had placed my order. And guess what? All their reviews are 5 stars except like 13...as of this evening! I ordered these thinking they would be in before my 4th of July trip. They never came. And I find it odd you can't leave a review on their web page at least not after you purchase something. This needs to stop. This kind of behavior is unacceptable that you can still order from them and that Facebook promotes them!

Ordered 2 golf shirts on 4/15 they supposedly shipped on 5/24.Said they were a 8 person company that was why took so long to ship then I see that they were shipped from China.Then after a couple of months they said they were lost and were shipping replacement a week later said was not lost now on 8/17 they said it might be lost again

On April 1st 2023 I placed an online order with Friday Fairways. It’s currently August 14th. Still nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times and just got the same generic responses over supply chain issues. After two months they finally sent me a tracking number that doesn’t work. Every time I inquire I get a response stating “I see your order is shipped and should be there soon” followed by the same tracking number that doesn’t show anything. I wish I could say that the product was great even though shipping is terrible, but after almost 5 months I still haven’t received my package. What a load of [censored].

I ordered on May 20, 2023. Today is August 13, 2023. That’s 86 days and still no product. Every email I get from support is the same. I’ve had multiple respondents tell me they “quit their job to open this company”. Most recently when I email them for a status update they tell me “After reviewing your order, I can confirm that it has already been shipped and is currently in transit with our shipping partner. They will provide you with an updated tracking number once they receive the package. Unfortunately, as it is already in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund the order at this time.” I’ve gotten this exact auto reply 4-5 times now. It’s not even a person responding to me. The funny thing is I never asked for a refund, but they just went ahead told me one wasn’t available even though I STILL DONT HAVE MY POLOS. This company is a scam and it’s clear their modus operandi is to take as many orders as possible without fulfilling any of them. Please please listen to my advice and pay the extra money and order from Pins & Aces, Johnny-O or Breezey (all USA based companies) Do not order from these guys! Friday Fairways are crooks and they took my money and didn’t give me the products I ordered. That’s fraud and theft any way you look at it.

I've tried to reach out to their "customer service" email multiple times with zero response. I'm convinced they're a Temu/DH gate business that portrays themselves as a US company and shipping times are largely fabricated on their website. This order will be my first and last from friday fairways, do yourselves a favor and buy from companies that will actually deliver on what their website advertises.
