I ordered a dress from them roughly a month ago, paid for 6-10 day shipping ($10) and have YET to receive it. I have contacted their "customer service" email as well as their facebook and they send the same copy and pasted message every single time. I was given a 'tracking number' once and when I personally contacted FedEx to see, they told me its not a valid tracking number. This company is an honest to god scam and I should have done better research before ordering from them. I will soon start disputing this purchase with PayPal.

Ordered a $30 seemingly adorable dress from Frigirl. Checked the size chart, ordered a small as it was adveritized as fitting a size 2-4... I’m a skinny 5’9” and that’s my usual size. Put it on and it barely buttons over my boobs with a sports bra on.... and the fabric looks like that of which would have been purchase via Hobby Lobby.

Email the company about a return. Get an email back stating I can only return if it meets criteria (fair but stupid) and that it’ll cost $20-60 to return because of return shipping. But they suggest selling the item and taking a discount on a new product. No thanks. Shut this company down!!

I received a defective item and I wanted to return the product. The website said that I would have to pay the shipping cost which would cost more than what I paid for the items ($60) and that I am better off just giving away the items.

I came across this merchant on Instagram and found a couple of items I wanted to purchase. I added them to my cart and moved on to checkout where I chose PayPal as my means of payment. I immediately noticed that the formatting of the log in was odd. I entered my log in a few times and eventually it displayed a message saying my credit card had been declined and asked me to enter all of my card information. I work in banking and I’ve come across several fraud claims with a merchant spoofing certain websites to obtain sensitive information like card numbers, account information, etc. I’m almost positive this merchant spoofs the PayPal site to scam their customers. Their website seems decent enough, however, if you read their fine print you’ll notice their grammar is off (extremely odd for a website boasting itself as being a leader in selling fashionable clothing). Their contact information is also foreign which is another red flag. Either way, I’ve spent time researching them and have yet to find a positive review. Buyer beware.
