Agreed. They are scammers...ordered .3 masks and no refund no product . It has been 3 months should have known better. Escalated with credit company for refund

BIGGEST SCAM. Not to be trusted. Have contacted several times to get a refund.
I wished that I had seen these reviews before parting with AUD$80 for 2 Fendi masks.By the way they are far cheaper on Etsy and more reliable.
Have contacted PayPal to intervene. FrillMask supply tracking numb era that doesn't work.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

2 masks - 46.90 usd cdn: 65.52 through paypal payment to Similar Wisdom [email protected]
Have not received any masks or any communication from them as to when they will be shipped out. I sent email to [email protected] on Aug 8 and have heard nothing from them. Will also be opening a claim with paypal to get money back.

I have ordered a mask from this website on June 9 and have yet to receive anything! No tracking number was provided at all. Horrible! Purchase made was $21.02. I tried contacting them on numerous occasions with no prevail. They have just went ghost with my money!

The same thing happened to me. I ordered a Fendi mask on June 9th, paid 21.02 through Paypal. Just opened a claim with Paypal to get my money back. What a scam!
