I purchased a dog bed from friscopetdogs.com but never received a confirmation email, tracking information, or the item I ordered. The website does not list a phone number, but does have an FAQ section that has an email address ([email protected]) to contact for damaged products and an option to contact them through the website. I sent an email to the address in the FAQs and also sent two inquiries through the website, but did not receive any responses. PayPal provided a different email address ([email protected]) to contact the company and I sent a message to that address, but I never received a response.
