We utilized front range moving to help us move houses on July 27th 2019. We moved from 908 Clover circle lafayette co to 2244 Lombardy street Longmont co. Everything went well and we were happy with the service received at that time. We were billed in full at that time for $1,262. In reviewing our credit card statement around 7 months later we identified that our card was fraudulently charged for a second time on February 28th 2020 for $1,142. We had no contact with Front Range moving and did not receive any services or authorize any charges. Our bank says that since we supplied them our credit card for the original charge that it is not technically “fraud” and that I should reach out to the retailer to resolve. I have sent multiple emails and called 20+ times in hopes of resolving the issue. They have not returned any calls or responded to any emails.
