Frontier Communications Survey IPAD for $1

Received text via phone. Logged on to my pc and their website (picture) filled out form, received a fraud alert from my credit card company on transaction. Searched on their customer service number, that's when your website popped up. I have since received an confirming email from them (picture). I have also enclosed picture of their customer service web page.

Frontier Communications has taken my SSN in an unsecure manner half a dozen times and I am very concerned it will be misused. They didn't show (twice) for scheduled and confirmed appointments, and canceled my order both times without notification. I have lost 8+ hours to dealing with Frontier, wasted two half-days of vacation waiting for no-shows, and wish to file a complaint about this monopoly.

Opened a yahoo email account, within a month started getting an email from Frontier Communications stating my invoice was ready for payment, needed to call an set up an account. Owed $271 and then $233. Phone number on email is not the one on website.

A foreign man keeps calling the business I work for from a non-valid number stating he is from Frontier Communications. He is needing to update our number in the telephone book and needs additional personal information to make the changes or our number will be listed incorrectly. I have called the number back and it goes to a law office in California who has no record of why someone would be calling from Frontier Communications. This happens 1-2 times a week.
