I placed an online order for two FrostWipe Scrapers from this company on 12/14/2024. I received confirmation of my order in the amount of $21.97. My shipping and billing address are listed correctly on the order confirmation (order #30708). On 12/15/2024, I received notice that my order was on its way. USPS tracking number: 9200190358878605819111. According to USPS, on Dec. 15 at 9:30 pm a shipping label was created and the item was being awaited in Jamaica, NY 11434. On Dec. 16 at 12:22 pm, the package was picked up by shipping partner and USPS was awaiting item, Jamaica, NY 11434. On Dec. 16 at 2:22 pm, the item arrived at shipping partner facility and USPS was still awaiting item in Jamaica, NY 11434. On Dec. 16, the last scan history is that the item departed the shipping partner facility and USPS was awaiting the item, again, all in Jamaica, NY 11434. It seems the package originated in Jamaica, NY NOT Maryland Heights, MO where this company is "supposedly" located. And the item, if it actually existed, never moved from Jamaica, NY 11434. I contacted USPS in Newark, DE as well as Jamaica, NY. Both offices conducted an investigation but rather quickly, they determined there was nothing they could do and they'd be unable to locate the package. Newark DE USPS attempted to reach out to Jamaica, NY via phone but was unsuccessful. I was advised to contact the sender and ask that they resend the package. I did that at least 4 times via the email address I listed in this form. The website for the sender says they will respond in 24-48 hours. I have never received any response to any of my inquiries over these last 7 weeks since the items were ordered and paid for. I called the company today, 1/31/2025, and the line goes directly to a voice mail saying the person trying to be reached is unavailable. I left an extensive voice mail but am not at all confident I will get a return call. I immediately googled the company name and "complaints" and found this page.

I saw the Frost Wipe advertisement on Instagram and thought it would make for a nice stocking stuffer for my family. One I made the initial purchase of 4 units, I was prompted to add an additional 5th unit at a heavily discounted price. I thought this was perfect seeing as I had five immediate family members I was buying for. Frost Wipe sent me an updated order confirmation with USPS tracking information on the date of my order 12/11/2024. USPS tracking link showed some movement the day after (12/12/2024) and then fell off completely with no updated tracking status.
