This is totally a scam company. You order something and they send you a cheap item and the. They tell you to keep it and offer you a refund on percentage basis that’s ridiculous I wish I knew it before lost my 29 bucks and got a cheap cutting board instead of homemade fertilizer . Always do your research my mistake I learnt from it PLEASE don’t buy anything from this company big scam

This is happend to me today when I received my shipment its just cutting board small three piece in small package I was very disappointed. when I ordered through there website the actual product was Food recycler compost maker the actual video they took from below company and posted on their website and selling at $19.99 each and offer as limited time only original price shows $89.99, so i bought 3 because i can save the shipping charges and 2 of them I can give to my friends but it is a ripp off for all the customer by this company. My question why the PAYPAL is not stopping this company as they know they are fraud or they should ask some type of details the license number or US ID to transfer the money to people who are outside of USA.

My friend and I have same situations like yours, We saw the ad on facebook with hundreds good reviews, but both of us got the cutting board instead too... :(
I asked for refund and they sent me the shipping infos ,telling me that they sent out the item already. But they only sent us the cheap cutting board.

Start a claim with your credit card company, whichever one's linked to your Paypal account. They should launch a proper investigation and might even put some pressure on Paypal. Good luck getting anything out of that flaccid husk of a company, Paypal I mean

Same experience, ordered the mother's day special hammock, received $5 piece of crap and PayPal says I can return it for a refund...but it costs $63 to return...jerks..

I loss $69.99, total rip off. After I filed a complaint with PayPal Fuhai Trading Co., Ltd. replied to my email saying it was on the way. Then I received a cheap plastic hanging nest. Hopefully no one else gets scammed. If I ever see this on sale again on Facebook I will warn people. Paypal denied my claim because I received something.

I received the same cheap plastic hanging nest...3 months later still trying to claim my refund through PayPal. I have to return the item but they have given their address in Chinese! This company is a scam. PayPal should not be an accepted method of payment for these crooks!

Same, ordered two, two person cacoon style nest hammocks. Received knock off garbage for barely one kid. Lost $109.

Paypal wants me to return the product to China, estImated cost to ship is about $60, not including my time.

This company is total bait and switch, avoid at all costs.

I also ordered two of the Nest Hammock Swings shortly after Mothers Day. The medium and the large to the tune of $127. By the middle of June still hadn't received the hammocks so I sent an email. What I received didn't look anything like what was on the website. I also thought I had done due diligence before buying. I guess don't rely on comments put up by site as this was a total scam.

I ordered the two-person adult hanging tent for my 14 year old son. I got a small child's hammock that is NOTHING like what was advertised. they offered me a 5% discount or sell the product, total scam.

On Mother’s Day we ordered a nest Hammock swing for 50% off. It was advertised on Facebook and it took until June to receive it. What we received is not what was advertised. The green one in the picture is what it was received. The other picture is what was advertised. It barely fits in adult. We ordered the one that was supposed to fit two adults We ordered the one that was supposed to fit two adults We have emailed and asked them for a refund.

On May 12 I ordered a Wool Pressing mat. Transaction ID 6V771241G1373892F . Payment to PayPal of 34.98. I have not received the mat. So purchased one locally. I would like to be reimburse 34.98. I looked on their website and watched their videos prior to purchasing. I also looked at the comments on the page prior to ordering and there were over two hundred comments of happy customers with thank you replies from the company. I assumed it was legit. I placed my order over six weeks ago and never got it. The Facebook page is now gone and when attempting to search for it on Facebook, others are commenting that they too were scammed. Never got the product. Those who did paid more than I did and the actual item was made poorly and ripped. The product would never hold two adults, which is what I paid for, due to the poor quality. Others filed complaints and requested refunds with no luck.
