I ordered the contour Relief pillows with the cooling covers and a surprise gift. I received the pillows and 1 cover. ( I thought there were supposed to be 2 covers) and paid for the surprise gift which I did not receive. Through 6 e- mail communications ( as there is no telephone number to call) I was asked to send photos of what I received; and then had to contact them 2 more times to see what is being done.

The final communication is to provide me a gift code to use, like I would reorder from them.
