They keep sending me notices to get my home warranty up to date. I don’t have a home warranty. My home was built in 1938. They asked who my lender was and I have paid it off. They said my electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were not updated and they have been. These are any homes’ high dollar systems and part of their sales tactic to scare homeowners into buying one of their warranties. I asked them to stop sending letters.
