Ordered advertised product on 1.4.2025. Was given tracking information that stated delivery to another city on 1.22.2025, which was not my location. Tracking indicated 30 locations before stated delivery. Customer service refused to provide truthful product location. Also didn’t respond to multiple requests regarding product. I don’t believe the product even existed. Worst experience ever.
