Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company is stealing peoples money and calling it a $10 restocking fee per bottle. Their website is not fully clear on how much you are ordering and how much you are being charged. I thought I was buying 1 bottle for one price and getting 1 for free. I discovered it was 4 bottles and 199.00 charge. I immediately called customer service and was refunded $100. I wanted to cancel order but they said it was too late, the warehouse already had my order. When I receive the order, call back and we will give you instructions to return. ( This call took place approx. 20 minutes after ordering product- that sure is the fastest warehouse receiving an order I have ever seen.) When I received product, I sent it back sealed and unopened ( just like they said to do when I called to get return instructions). They said if bottles are not sealed and unopened I will not receive full refund of $99.00.
I waited for them to receive (tracked pkge.) And then called to see about refund. I was told there would be a $10 restocking fee PER BOTTLE per warehouse rules.
NO ONE EVER SAID THIS BEFORE, not even in the return instructions I was given. They said I would get 100% refunded. THIS IS NOT 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE!!!!!
