.I saw this on facebook. It included a picture of Dr Oz and Dr Phil. they said they approved of this. ThIprice was either 39.00 or 59.00

I choose the cheapest (39.00) because I am on SS and do not have a lot ofmoney to spend. I have a lot of pain in the hips and I thought it

would help me. When I reieved the package in the mail they charge my baInk account 199.99 and another fee for 60.00. I immediately called them and asked this to be canceled telling them this would stop my rent payment that was due. They said they would not send any more, but they wouldn't pay back what they charged me, even though I told them that this would stop my rent pmt.

Father-in-law was in pain and saw this on a website. He was convinced he was either getting a free bottle or one bottle for $23… He is in the hospital and we asked him about the $199 charge on his credit card. He said the CBD gummies, they don’t do anything but keep coming and they keep charging me! He went into heart surgery before we could rectify this. Wasn’t sure which credit card he used. Finally figured that out but because he’s in the hospital he having trouble canceling his card. I’m going to call the company and hope that they are going to refund his money and cancel his order. There’s not even any paperwork with the 5 gummies!

This company uses bait and switch tactics to get you to purchase 2 bottles of their product for $39.95 and automatically signs you up for a subscription for $199 per month once they have your credit card number. I called customer service to demand a refund on the full amount and they claim since it was over 30 days they cannot refund the full amount only a partial amount plus a 50 percent restocking fee once the products are shipped back to them. They are committing outright fraud and bait and switch business tactics. I will be filing a full complaint with the Florida attorney General as well.

When my check came in I noticed on my bank statement that FUN DROPS had taken out $199.99 out of my account. I didn't know what this was until I goggled it. I'm on a fixed income so I really need them to put my money back on my card. Whomever is doing this is making a lot of money from people. Some people may order this, but I'm not one of them.

Originally, my order was for three (3) bottles of Fun Drops (CBD Gummies) for $119.99. I received five (5) bottles of gummies, plus one (1) bottle of oil for a total of $249.98. I contacted the fun drop company complaining that they had shipped me more than I had ordered.They suggested I keep the order that was sent and they would give me a discount of $124.99, which I accepted.

Lo and behold, here comes another shipment of five (5) bottles of gummies for $199.99. Now, I started to boil. I contacted the fun drop organization, again complaining about this new shipment. They informed me that my account included a recurring order every so many days, (of which I was never informed). I told them, when I receive the package, I would put, "Return to Sender" on it, and I wanted them to refund my money. They said I should wait until I receive the package and then call them. I also told them to cancel my account, which they did. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card company and put ay dispute on their transaction. I called when I got the package, and they informed me that they do not refund disputes. I contacted my credit card company, and I was informed that they already credited me for the 199.99 and they would take care of this transaction with the fun drop's bank.

End of story.

I ordered what was advertised as a 39.95 dollar product. My credit card notified me immediately that they charged me 199.99.

I called the fun drop company right away it had literally been under 10 minutes, they told me product was already sent out and it would not be cancelled. Nor would I receive a refund.

The woman on the phone cussed me out and said she dared me to try a

Weeks nd get my money back via my credit card company and laughed.

They sent the product which I immediately returned to sender.

Post office tracking conformed they received returned package.

A week after initial shipment they tried to resend another which I has USPS return to sender before they even delivered . They did.

Weeks later I received another charge on my credit card for 199.99 only credit card.

I never ordered anything , they used my credit card number to create an order and charge my card again.

I saw an advertisement in Facebook on January 1st, 2022 with pictures of celebrities: Keanu Reeves as owner and founder of Fun Drops CBD Gummies, and other celebrities consuming this product: Jennifer Aniston, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and others, the add was in a form of news indicating that Keanu is being a problem for other distributors regarding pain relieve medication, his product has been a success and having an exclusive offer of 3 bottles for $39.99, Once the order was completed, their was no dollar amount total or order number as it shows with any legit company and I couldn't go back. Next day my credit card was charged with 2 transaction which I did not authorized $199.99 and $49.99, then I received and email with a confirmation of my order has been shipped. I called them immediately and they said they couldn't help me. I screenshot the order; by the way the Facebook add is no longer available; however, I also took screenshots of the links. The purpose of this claim is to make the public aware of this company.
