Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
He gave us a contract for $576,650 loan, and reuquired loan insurance( unsecured loan) and other fees and closing costs
Some of the wire transfers were sent to CA and some to GA( intra state wire fraud). He then said his investors cancelled several loans and he had try and raise the funds to repay me my costs of $120,000. He has since dissapered after numerous attempts to reach him.
I filed a complaint with the CFPB, they sent 4 requests for info, no response. I have now just filed with the FBI and moving on to as many services as possible
Will report him as a scam artist on line as well Have docs when required
