I have also been scammed by these guys could U please help me out with this i still haven't received my item after 30 days and they are trying to tell me it's been delivered to my address

I ordered e bikes off of marketplace on Facebook they were buy one get one free because of "Amazon overstock" so I bought two and paid the extra for delivery insurance! This place kept in contact via email since the beginning of September then said my package was lost so they were resending my items then after they emailed and said the were reissued they stopped responding to any of my emails! Something needs to be done about these people, they are steeling our hard earned money and it's not acceptable!

Ebikes that were on sale for 49.99 each and paid 3.00 shipping insurance. I can upload receipts for online purchase and contact emails.
