I placed an on line order from www.funninginsky.com. It advertised a life size, animated grinch. I received a 22 inch stuffed grinch- actually 3 of them! (I did order 3 as they were buy 2 get one free).By no means is this product animated or life size! It doesn't move! I have emailed the company about the false advertisement with my confirmation email with this description along with the picture they sent. They stated they sent the correct item but aren't recognizing it was false advertisement. At first they wouldn't refund my money but once I mentioned reporting this they have offered up to $10. but the purchase was $96.99. I have asked for them to call me to discuss but they have not done so. On their website it doesn't list anything about the company beside the email I have been using. Please advise! I appreciate any advice you can give.

Also, they finally did stated if I returned the product they would refund my money in full. I went to the post office and they stated it would cost me $45 to ship these items back to China. I can't afford to be in the whole any more financially AND I worry even if I did they still wouldn't give me a refund. They are very dishonest!

I believe I was able to download the email chain. This also shows a picture and description of the product!

Please let me know if you have problems getting the attachment.
