I ordered a christmas gift online and was immediately charged. I received an email that said “please wait patiently”. After a few weeks i reached back out and asked for an update. Again, received an email that said “please wait patiently”. I tried calling the customer service number and it was not in service. I never received the gift, and never received another email from them.
