I contacted ARC and scheduled and apt. for them to come recondition my couch, love seat, and leather seats in my car. I saw they had many 5 star reviews so that sold me on them. They came almost immediately and took my couches, with my help and my sons help to the lawn. They sprayed my couches brown. They wanted to spray them inside and I said no. I had them respray them multiple times as their work was not good quality. I had to remind them to sew up the couches and they did a horrible job sewing it. Leaving large gaps a telling sign they are not real professionals. The father seemed kind but didn't seem confident in his work. The son was distracted on the phone so I did not have much interaction with him. They put my nice couch cushions on the wet grass and that didn't seem to phase them. The leather seats that work worked on inside of my SUV turned out awful and it looks like a 12 year old glued it together and spray painted it. The owner offered me a small discount because he saw I was not satisfied. I paid hundreds of dollars and I feel I got ripped off.

I went to write a review on their website this week and I noticed one of the reviews was by a Lizzy Gallardo with a 5 star rating. Lizzy (a make believe person) wrote these comments and posted them on the ARC website with the pictures of my furniture and my home. It is a complete lie and they are using photos of my property to continue their fraud. This is what Lizzy posted which was a complete lie and inaccurate.

"I had them recolor my couch and loveseat. Loved how it turned out. They also can sew couches and repair tears in them as well. Not to mention their cost was 1/2 as much as the other quotes I got."

I want the pictures removed and the lie taken off the internet. I would not trust a single review on their webpage as pictures are taken off the web and slapped on the site. The fact that I was scammed by them tells me that others have been scammed as well. I went to them because of their great reviews and they let me down.
