I purchased an item (Computer hard drive: 480GB SSD) for $12.50

Appears on statement as: Debit Card Purchase - DOMSHIKA VANDELLOS I
I tried to track my purchase this evening on their website. The links to their customer support are not functional. I then checked this site out and found they are a scam:

I can not dispute the charge with my bank (yet) because in order to do so I must confirm that I have made contact with the seller to try to resolve the issue. Since none of their contact links work I have no way to confirm I have made contact with them. I will use this communication/report as part of the dispute with my bank later this month. For now I want to ask for your help by reporting the incident.
