I ordered the BOGO free dog beds February 20, 2022. CC Payment went through 2/21/22. Never received our beds. Website is down. I emailed [email protected] and never heard anything back. My bank won't refund without contact with the scammers.

I made 2 separate orders of BOGO pet beds, 2 pink and 2 gray with each set costing $99, I have called to no avail and emailed to no avail. I wish I had known about scampulse before wasting/losing my money. I wish someone would bring these scammers to justice and not only shut them down but also make them pay

I ordered 2 dog beds they were BOGO from Furry Friends and still have not received them12/9/2020 $109.99. At first they were emailing me and telling me they were researching and then told me they were ready to ship it and then nothing at all. Their site is no longer up and I can't get a refund from my bank because they can't confirm it is false. Horrible company!

Similar to many of you - I ordered during their Dec 2020 BOGO sale (via Instagram ad), despite repeated inquiries via email, their website and attempted phone calls - 'Shipping delays' and 'COVID' being cited as the cause. I was patient and understanding for the first 6 weeks after their promised ship date window (9 weeks from the placement of order), when I attempted to cancel the order altogether at the 10 week mark, they said good news, your order is 'in process now, so because they are made to order, we cannot cancel once they have begun to make them'. They said to let them know in 3 weeks if I had not yet received and they would investigate. Lies. They STALLED me past the 90 days so I could not dispute the CC charge and I have NEVER received any product or refund and they have stopped responding to all of my inquiries. Fully a scam - if you have an order pending CANCEL NOW before the 90 day window closes with your CC fraud department!

I have ordered and purchased buy 1 Bogo pet bed receive 1 free on the 7th of Jan 2021 but still they ignore my enquiries and I did not received my paid order. This is totally a scam and unacceptable expecially in these times to steal peoples hard earned money. Like so many other I've been scammed. Really wish that such Web pages can be validated before going out there and steal money.

It seems as though I am in the same boat as so many others. I placed my order for a BOGO dog bed for $99. 5 months later still no product. I have emailed and called repeatedly only to be told in Feb and March that the delay was due to COVID and they apologize and will get back to me. No further contact from them at all. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Busine4ss Bureau as well. These people need to be sued and forced to pay people back the money they have basically stolen.

Ordered in December 2020 and have not received anything. I emailed them 10-15 times and they kept saying there were delays in shipping. When I requested a refund they sent the same message, “shipping delays”. This is a scam! You will not get what you order, your better off throwing your money in the trash...

Ordered 2 pet beds on 12/4/20. The order confirmation stated it would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Today, 4/20/21, I have not received the merchandise. I have contacted them monthly since January for the status on the order. I have only received a response once in February stating due to COVID, there's a delay. I have tried to contact them by email and phone a few more times since to no avail. I went online to look for any reviews on this company. I found reviews on trustpilot.com and have found 100% poor rating with everyone reviewing the same situation I am in. No response from the company on status of order and orders as far back as 6 months with no merchandise orders received by each consumer. This company needs to be stopped scamming people. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Pinterest has allowed this company to falsely advertise on their website. I bought bogo dog beds from them 4 weeks and have yet to receive a confirmation of shipping/tracking number. I have contacted the company numerous times and i have yet to receive a call back or an email. Furry friends official takes your money and never provides the product as advertise. Buyer beware do not trust this company. Look at tge reviews of this company and ScamPulse.com before making a purchase. I regret not doing so.
