My husband purchased a die cast truck kit for $89 in February. The item was never received and by the time I tried to dispute with our credit card company, it was too late (118 days max). Reached out to fursts and they responded with “I have consulted with the logistics company for you. Unfortunately, the logistics company informed us that your package failed to clear customs because the logistics company did not declare it in advance. Your original package is being re-cleared and checked, and it will take some time.”

Then they said they can refund but will have to subtract a $60 shipping fee leaving our refund only $29 for an item we never received. This has been an incredibly frustrating process and I hope no one ever has to deal with this. DO NOT order from fursts!
