Immediately following this conversation I went into my banking and the charge had gone through so I disputed it.

Hello Vicki
We have reviewed FuturHealth terms and conditions. Unfortunately, they do have a no refund policy. Per Visa, we do have to honor the merchants policies for disputes. We recommend continuing to work with the merchant to try to get this resolved. We did find a number for you to call, 831-900-4723. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you

Type of a scam Other
When you sign up, they attempt to claim payment for a full 6 months of the program in advance, or a monthly recurring $129 charge. They charge your card for this before you even set up an appointment with a doctor.
WHen you go to select your appointment time, they show options for medications and their potential price. There is only one option shown - NOT the cheap version mentioned in the ad. This is a prescription only option. It is not made clear that they will charge you in full, in advance, for this medication before ever having you see a doctor. The second you click the button to set up your appointment, they attempt to charge your card a second time - this time for $1500.
If that charge doesn't go through, they send you an email attempting to claim the payment - that email is riddled with grammatical errors and missing words.
1. Prescription only medication should not be prepaid if this is a legitimate medical endeavor. The medical history of the patient should be reviewed by a doctor FIRST before prescriptions are made.
2. The additional charge is a clear scam.
I attempted to contact this company via email and by phone and did not get a response. After 24 hours with no response, I felt it was necessary to change my credit card numbers and report it as fraud.
