I purchased 2 outfits on sale for $17 by debit card. This included shipping. I purchased the items on 11/24/2022. The company states they were delivered on 12/24/2022 but I did not receive them. They were supposed to be delivered in 10-15 days. The tracking number is not for UPS or USPS and does not tell who the shipper is. I emailed the company several times, the latest being 12/28/2022, with questions about who the shipper is. I have not heard back yet. The money has come out of my account. The tracking information says to contact the shipper if no items are received, but the tracking information does not tell who the shipper is.
