She was to prepare divorce paper for me. File them with the court and serve my out of state spouse. Notarize all docs also. All for a fee of $110 + $338 for filing fees. We meet up to sign the documents and notarize them . And to pay her fees and give her the court filing fees . She was to leave our meeting and go directly to file my papers . She did write me a receipt . That was July 17th 2015 . She will not return my calls or emails. No document s have been filed with the courts on my behave. She has all my personal info. Account numbers. Social security number. Vin numbers . Ect.
