I received a small order from GA Heart of pine Woodworks (Keith *******) and despite some delays the order arrived, packed well, and the shelves ordered were as beautiful as I had hoped. I then initiated a second rush order for a larger order of shelves, paying $100 to expedite and $190 for shipping, for a total of $1402. The shelves were supposed to ship on July 14 and as of July 28, they have not shipped AND NEVER WILL. During the process, Keith had given me an excuse about rain delays, then he stopped communicating for days before a final communication that he had been in a car wreck and the shelves would ship the next day. This never happened and then he stopped responding. I checked his other reviews on Facebook/Google and it appears that he has given the same treatment to at least three other individuals who never received their orders and lost their money as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A CROOK!!
