They were selling Bernese Mountain Puppies. They were very attentive to emailing, sending multiple pictures, following up with paperwork needing signatures for proof of sale. Requested zelle as form of payment, then said they were over their limit and it was to be sent back to us within 4 business days. When no paperwork of such happening was there, they said they would ship the puppy and take the loss. When shipping the puppy, there was a follow up email from the shipping company that stated they had the wrong crate and needed $1200 to get her in a thermal crate and the monies would be refunded upon delivery. After inquiring about this to the breeder, they went radio silent and the number associated with the shipping is not valid.
