Supposed to receive a Goop gift kit. Charged $7.85 shipping fee. No kit. Contacted Goop with Order #. No order. Contacted customrr service number on my receipt. Spoke to Mateo who stated that not only did they withdraw $9.85, not $7.85, as the receipt listed, but they had applied it to a raffle ticket for a possible gadget giveaway. I told them that they I had applied for a Goop gift giveaway, and was told that I had secured 1 of the 4 remaining gift kits, only being charged $7.85 for shipping. I told them they had no right to hijack Goop brand and that I would immediately cancel the MC charge if they did not process an immediate credit of their $9.85 fee.He did so & gave me a cancellation number for my $9.85 refund to my MC debit card. I called the MC customer service #. Ctefit was recorded and pending.
