Started 12/27 when I received an automated call from this number with a Robo mesage that inserted my name saying there was a formal complaint being filed to contact them. When I phoned back no answer. I googled, saw it was reported as SPAM and blocked number. Today, my husband, sister and mother all rec'd calls with same message and my name. Using two different numbers. When you call it prompts you for extension or to answer Zero. After calling back several times, I finally got a human. Asked who they were (supposedly GAFS but there is no listing for a GAFS in Charleston, SC and if you google GAFS its another company with a note at the bottom stating of their website stating someone is using their identity fraudulently) and what their mailing address was. Would not provide mailing address but asked me info I did not answer. Claimed to be debt collection so I told her if that was the case to send me a certified letter. She would not have a conversation, just continued to make veiled threats (since I wouldn't give her any personal information) and she would not give me their address, so I told her to cease and decist and she hung up on me. Several minutes later I rec'd another robo call!

They called and left me quite a few messages throughout the past few months a lot of them between 8 to 9:30 at night stating they are collecting a debt I owed and if I don't call them back they are going to take legal action and then take out arrest warrant. I called back and when I asked who I supposedly owed, they said I owed $4500.00 and gave me only initials and no name of company or where they are located or there phone number so i could verify. I told them I will be the one filing a complaint with the BBB and do whatever I had to if they called again for fraud and harassment because I do not owe, they hung up with obscenities.
