I was asked for my microsoft password on my laptop so the agent could look at my computer to see if a virus affected the operation of my Kindle. I gave it. The agent started running programs. Hecsaid I have several viruses. FOR $149.00 he would fix. I was suspicious. (The man had an ethnic accent and two times before I bought virus protection, I thought, from a menu pop up. I lost $200 twice.)

I said I only had $6O room left in my Credit card. He said he would take that. I said I now XXX  believe. Back out of what you started doing.

I have virus protection with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They cleaned my laptop. No viruses found. It was a scam that they tried.
