I canceled out of the transaction before I pressed any confirmation button and I was still charged. This happened 12/17 at 8:07 pm. The next day, I attempted to get my money back because their site claims to refund unsatisfied purchases or whatever it may be. Instead of making it easy and adhering to their company policy, they keep sending me discounts when I firmly and continously stated I want my money back. They keep trying to say they are helping but they are not.

When you first get on their website, they have a pop up wheel that always lands on 70% off. After you add the product to your cart, they keep asking ridiculous questions about wanting to add more to your cart like 4 times. They have no confirmation button to say you consented to purchase. They do send a confirmation email but in my case I am trying to get my money back over a purchase I clearly don't want. They charged me $42.83. Im guessing their zip code is 90012. Im not entirely sure
