Gave Leonard Anebere a down payment of *** dollars to bid on a car from an auction,He was my neighbor and has several cars he had purchased in front of his house. I lived across the street from him and I trusted him. The understanding we had was that he would finance half at *** a month. I was told the 2010 Lincoln MKS that he bidded for me cost ***and it would be 900 to transport the vehicle from Atlanta Georgia, which I gave him in cash. To this date I have not received my car. It has been almost a year to date. After receiving many bogus excuses from Leonard , he said bad wheather caused the delay. Then a blizzard, then the tow truck got in an accident.He has not given me any details regarding the purchased agreement or the name of the tow company he hired to deliver the car. The delivery was initially was to be 14 days. After contacting Copart auction, They informed me that the vin. Number Leonard gave me belongs to a what mks purchased out of Sacramento on January 22 2017 by galaxy exports. I have seen this name written on windshields of cars he purchased and repair at his business A's auto repair located at 1240 w. Slauson ave. Los Angeles California. Because he was my neighbor and I had never been to his business
