I also had an awful experience. I ordered a swimsuit from this company and paid through paypal. The swimsuit arrived two months later and then wasn't even the suit I ordered. The seller would not respond directly and only offered to refund through if I sent it back to China. It would have cost 3x what I paid for the swim suit. Total crap. Paypal did not offer me any recourse, protection or even an outlet to make a complaint. I have cancelled my account with them as well.

If you come across Gallop Trade Co LTD, steer clear.

Ordered a cap made by 5.11 Tactical as per the image that Gallop Trade posted on their web site. However, I received a cheap copy made in China style. Asked Paypal to have my money back, but these guys are useless. Gallop Trade offered a full reimbursement if I ship the good back to China, but will cost me between 45 and 52US$ for a product that cost 25US$, doesn’t make any sense and my time worth more then that!

When you see Gallop Trade name somewhere, stay away and save you money for an honest seller.

Well if I knew this before, I wouldn't have bought from them. I ordered a pair of sunglasses called blublocker, since the model I wanted isnt sold in europe anymore, I was rrally happy to find a seller. They send me some cheap chinese ones.
After I contacted them I got an email from [email protected]
They offered me some cashback but I refused. Then they said I could send it back at my own dispence. Of course I didn't do that since they admitted in my email they didn't sell the brand blublocker sunglasses and felt the liberty to send me different ones. Their website was www.iambcooling.com

After I started a dispute on paypal and send the seller I had all the information I saved, screenprinted and so on, they deleted the website www.iambcooling.com and I think also deleted their paypal account. Still paypal send me a message they are going to take a look into this case.

It is good people report this scammer. Watch out for this cheap scammer!

I ordered a hat from capspop.com, which appeared to be an American company however it's actually Chinese. I never received the hat and still trying to get my money back through PayPal. There are several emails that they have emailed me back on/linked to PayPal which you should steer clear of:

I ordered a vest for my soon to be husband and they sent the wrong vest. They offered me a $10 dollar refund and told me if i wanted a full refund we would have to send it back which would cost me more. Im going to get married in 2 weeks and with the current pandemic the chances of me getting another in time are slim. Absolute scam artists. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I had the same experience, I was scammed. I ordered 2 items for a total of $50.14, it never showed so I started to inquire, they gave me a tracking number that was no good. Finally I got it and it was 2 of the wrong items. I reached out to the seller who said she would give me $10 and a nice complimentary gift, I am not sure how they thought that was going to happen. It was the same email address someone else reported, [email protected] I ended up taking a dispute out with Pay pal, every time the resolution date was suppose to end, it kept getting extended, they they said in order to get my money back I would need to ship the item back at my expense. It will cost more to ship it then it is worth and I can not even get a tracking after it passes international borders so I would never be able to see if they got it or not. I have now taken out a dispute with my credit card company. Be aware out there.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from the scammer's website: Shoestale.com The site accepts payment through paypal, so I assumed this was a legitimate site. They billed straight away but failed to provide postage details. I contacted them several times trying to get postage details. . I had to use the [email protected] email through their paypal account I also needed to raise a dispute through Paypal to get the postage info. I was surprised that the item was being shipped from China since the website says United States. I eventually received the item and it was not at all what was described. Through Paypal dispute process they offered a partial refund of 38% of purchase price +$250. I currently have an active claim through PayPal for full refund.

I also have a PayPal claim against the company. I ordered a swim suit back in June 2020 from an American company, come to find out it was a different company from China. Not only that, but I have yet to receive, even though the tracking number says its supposed to be here. SCAM

I ordered a piece of clothing from the scammer's website: Stylestale.com This site does accept paypal, so I assumed this was a legitimate site. I contacted them multiple times trying to get shipping info (they charged for the item right away) and had to go through paypal in order to get an email address. Once paypal contacted them, i received the shipping info, and found out that the item was being shipped from china. I received the item and it was not at all what was described. I contacted the seller with a picture of the item (which you can see was lifted from another companies site) and they offered to send a different size. I requested a full refund, as they do not carry the item they advertised and was offered $5 or having to return the item to the warehouse in china. I currently have a paypal claim open and am hoping for a resolution.
