I was browsing instagram and a add came up for tshirts 75% off. I went to the page and loved the shirts. I went to the website and picked about 12 items. They were really cheap. When i went yo pay, on the bottom of the screen it showed logos for a trusted site and secure site. Also had the bbb symbol on the bottom. So i put in my card info, full name and address. Phone number and email. I got a conformation email that gave me a tracking number. It showed myborder was coming from china and would be here in about a month. I waited and checked the tracker a few times closer to the date. Over 30 days went by, the tracker said my package was delivered. So i checked around, asked neighbors. Went to the feont office, no one had seen it. So i contacted the company through an email they gave me [email protected]

They said my package was lost and they would send me a new one. That it would take another month. So i agreed and waited. Still never received the packaged so i contacted them. They said they can send another, i said no i would just like a refund. We went back and forth about how much refund i should get. They told me i can only get 50 percent. The more i complained, the higher the percentage went up. I finally got them to agree to 100 percent. They said it would take 14 days to get my refund to my original payment method. Time went by and still nothing. I contacted them again and they apologized and said there was an error and tried to send it again. I waited and still nothing. I contacted them again and they sent me what looks like the beginning of a response that wasnt completed. I havent heard from them since then. Original order was placed july 8th. First contacted them about not receiving items on august 11th. August 12, they claimed to send a new package. August 21 i recived a message my package was delivered.

I also asked for my refund. This is also the daybi had to barter for my full refund. Last day of contact is october. I sent a message October 25th they replied with a unfinished message October 26th
